I cannot recommend reflexology treatment with Ali highly enough. For someone who works day in day out with the mind (of others as well as my own!), my experience of treatment with Ali was very profound at a deep level in terms of the benefits it brought to my mind as well as body. In the space of an hour I was helped to relax in a way that might be more difficult and time-consuming to achieve in other ways, and the impact on my mood and overall feeling of wellbeing was striking. Everyone should have reflexology!

My first time coming to see Ali this evening and it was amazing. I had reflexology on my feet I had a lot of tension and felt very stressed and she worked wonders. She really knows her stuff. Truly amazing. The moment i stepped foot in her door she was so welcoming which made me feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend Ali and I will definitely be going back.

My daughter is currently having some reflexology sessions with Ali and has hugely benefitted, both physically, emotionally and mentally. She finds it very relaxing, energising and re-balancing. The effect isn't just temporary but also long lasting. Ali is very experienced, encouraging, calming, open and honest, with a wealth of information and expertise. We highly recommend her and will continue to see her as needed. I am also intending to book some sessions. Amazing!

Not only am I less stressed but I am now sleeping so much better and a long-standing shoulder injury is finally starting to heal.
